Heavenly Real Estate’s Property Oversight Services are focused on the physical oversight, documentation, and maintenance coordination of your property.

We do not provide tenant-placement or rental brokerage services through this program.

Our Property Oversight Services do not include:

• Finding or procuring tenants
• Advertising rental properties for lease
• Negotiating rent or lease terms
• Collecting rent
• Holding security deposits
• Executing leases on behalf of owners
• Tenant screening or approval
• Acting as a landlord’s leasing agent

Property owners remain responsible for their landlord-tenant relationships and rental activities.
